Cupcakes vs Assignment

On an early Saturday morning, feeling lively and agitated to start my marketing assignment which I hate so much. Abandoned for so long, but no choice lar now, since deadline for submission is this Friday! Need to really focus and start writing something! I have to write something!!!

*grab the questions and article, stared*

Haihz, cannot concentrate on an empty stomach lar, so decided to eat something first =)

Went downstairs and the smell of muffins caught my attention! wth... escorted by the addictive smells that glades me the way to the kitchen, and spotted mummy baking cupcakes, ahhh... just in time for my breakfast, so hungry now.

Looking at mummy doing this and that all by herself, so busy and yet so much fun. My hands somehow felt itchy and started assist her with the baking.

~Stuff and ingredients prepared~

20 minutes later... all done and ready for oven =) waiting waiting, then a sudden growling from my tummy, sobb.. I forgot that I'm super hungry leh...

An illusion of toast bread topped with blueberry jam came to my mind. Searching searching...

Right! No more bread lar!!! wth. Other than that left some CNY tidbits and instant noodles T_T. So patiently waited for the cupcakes =)

And I still can't(CAN) believe I'm actually still blogging in such crucial time, wth >.<

Aiya.. another week another Wiley Plus homework. I hate that WileyPlus thingy, did it for 2 weeks adi and wrong so many questions, they say is a gifted marks for us some more but wth all the questions so darn long and only worth one mark! 5% hor... for each assessment, go die lar! Didn't even get a perfect 10/10 also even MCQ wth... do the calculation, stare at the screen eyes also pain and tire adi.. so inconsiderate of them to torture us like this. Dam stupid rite?

Busy busy these days, my assignment due next Friday and haven't even start the first paragraph. Haihzzz... oh wanna say something, today went to TBS student hang-out place hor there's this weird fella sitting next to my and he's talking to himself!!! Freaky la. I look at him and he looked back at me, so uncomfortable, wth wrong with him!! (I pretend answering my phone call and walks away). Success! He's out of my sight. Woot!

April, which is a super busy month, Taylors organized a genting day trip for UniSA students wth. Almost compulsory for all students wor, and they say hor, transportation and lunch are FREE! Wahhh... I thought Taylors suddenly so generous, change of GOALs to actually help the students live a better life. But hell no, that's what they want us to think... we still need to pay $75 for the genting activities WTH!!!! Worst still they make it ALMOST COMPULSORY for eveyone to participate!!! Can tell adi lar, is one of Taylors many evil scheme to swindle and con our $$$$$ wth. Say free this and that and still need to pay $$$$ they think we are bankers arrr. Money grow from trees are? Printing money very fast ar? wth.

Btw, there's always this acetic taste that I hate when it comes to trip especially THIS-ONE and I don't enjoy rough games they prepared de lor. I know Genting is so much closer to Heaven but homicidal trip like this nascent a new-born Hell to my life lar I tell you.

Like we got nothing better to do lor, organized such dirty and redundant trip to scam people's money. I got so much better and important things to do in life than abusing myself with stupid unexciting games. I hate motivating trip, had so many bad memories in my first camp trip during secondary. Now they still raid my midnight dreams into nightmares wth. please help! Bail me out of this awkward situation please??? T__T

Ahh.. the much procrastinate outing which adjourned approximately 1 weeks+ has finally visualized last Sunday, 16 March 2008. Being appointed by (?) to be the organizer to plan this outing is an easy task but guessing who will actually turn up on that day is what gives me the willies =.=

Arrived at destination at 10am!! just to avoid cramp in between long queue to buy movie tickets, and of course hopefully can get better seats also la WTH!!!. Okay, bought movie tickets for 6 adi, and it consumed less than 5 minutes to do so zzzOMG.... So, roaming around aimlessly at MV la while waiting for them to arrive... what to do???

After 20 minutes, Shian arrived with her family. Haha, first time someone came earlier than our "meet up" time, lol..

Then 10 minutes later, which now 11am+

Anime Review

This week, get involved in the nobles' war, where combat between battleships commence, and see who rule the empire of the galaxy in this thrilling anime The Legend of the Glass Fleet! So are you in?

Storyline:
In a galaxy far, far away a rebellion is afoot. The ambitious Vetti Lunard Sforza de Roselait leads the "New Aristocrats" to overthrow the ruling old Aristocrat Alliance. When the old alliance's fleets are finally crushed, Vetti declares himself Emperor, and establishes the new Holy Empire.

Fallen aristocrat Michel Vaurban de Cabelle (an androgynous character who confounded fans about is/her real gender in the first few episodes) wants to get rid of the new galactic despot. Michel leads the People's Army on a daring plan to combat the Empire's iron-fisted rule: Michel and crew succeeds in obtaining one of the Empire's ships, but find themselves in a corner. They're now on the run from much superior Imperial fleet.

Thankfully, they're rescued just in time by a battleship made entirely out of glass that destroys the enemy. The ship, which is made from what appears to be glass crystal make look delicate but is faster than other ships and can transform into a weapon that can "stab" other ships.

Their rescuer is a Han Solo-ish character, the captain of the Glass Battleship, Cleo Aiolos Corbeille de Veil. Unlikely as it seems, he (yes, he's a guy), is a prince - the last descendant of the old royal family, which was overthrown by the old Aristocratic Alliance. Despite his rather unique name, Cleo's dark good looks will set many female fans' hearts aflutter and he has a special future - at least that's what a bunch of prophets say.

Michel thinks that he has found an ally in Cleo, but his crew - among them an ace female pilot, a weapons specialist and a nerdy tech expert - aren't exactly efficient soldiers; they're little more than a bunch of space scavengers.

Nonetheless, with her People's Army helpless against the might of the Holy Empire, Michel has no option but to join forces with Cleo to overthrow Vetti and restore peace back to the galaxy.

My End Verdict:
It's like space opera in the grandest style, and those who want a touch of Star Wars in their anime may find what they are looking for in this 26-episode sci-fi anime.

Life of a Disciple

It's been hectic and happening for the past 2 weeks in university with all the thesis and assignments due in late March and early April. Aiks... I haven't even started anything O_O

Week 1
Our orientation was pretty boring! The worst part was during block lecture, which has a super effective sleeping spell casted all over the LT!! However, I think that Mr Stan, the speaker has a great stature. We just don't appreciate, maybe it's because of the long duration of 4 hours non stop talking!!! Transforming us into psychopaths >=( the horrible truth!! I dunno how many times I almost fall asleep =P

Week 2
Knowing the Mentors
All the lecturers here are friendly, understanding and sensible (in their own way).

My Marketing lecturer, Ms Alice. Miss judged her at first @.@, cause she was so fierce during our first lecture last week which makes the whole LT1 to an eerie silence. Thought she was turpitude and harsh, but she turns out to be quite okay. Appears as demure, but that deceiving facade belies a feisty personality! Yup, thats pretty much what I think of her FOR NOW.

Though it's still abit too early for conclusion, but they definitely have the epitome in their field of teaching. =)

Knowing the Students
Whilst us, the students are just being ourselves. Clinging tight to our schedule, 5 days a week, stretching for knowledge and the truth. At the same time, we try to intermingle each other. =)

This week we have another block lecture for Managing Communication with Ms Tracey. And this is worst than Mr.Stan block lecture! She actually have the ability to increase the absentees day by day. =P

Ahh.. now that I noticed a myriad pile of work with the size treble of my college books on my desk, the moment has come to wield my pen and begin a war!

Hehe... Have you watched "I Am Legend"? Do you enjoy the ending? If you don't, well here's an alternative ending to fulfill your want, if what you seeking for is a happy ending! =)




Frankly speaking, I don't like the alternative ending to this movie.

1st ending
The mutated humans are nuts, their brain not functioning like a normal human being. They just thirst for more blood by killing living creatures (humans). So Smith has no choice but to sacrifice himself by being bombed with the zombie boss so that the antidote can be safely delivered.

2nd ending

Conversely, the second ending doesn't make much sense. I know that Smith captured lots of zombies for experiment and while in the process they died. So when Smith captured a female zombie which happens to be zombie boss GF, that Z.boss then become agitated and wants revenge! After Smith acknowledged the truth, he released her. But the ending tell us that those mutated humans refuse to be treated/cure?? So what happen to them then? Where is the logical thinking of this ending? =P
(but it's a happy ending though, no arguments here)


Hopefully they don't ban it, haha!
