Beautiful On The Inside

Beautiful On The Inside
(p/s: please don't interpret this title the wrong way, ty)

Bro has went back to UK again to further his studies
T___T sad sad sad...
I can't sleep tonight and this could be the reason...
Or maybe not

So I surf websites
Reading through my emails
I come across this interesting story
And want to share it with you all

A blind boy sat on the steps of a building with a hat by his feet. He held up a sign which said: 'I am blind, please help.' There were only a few coins in the hat.

A man was walking by. He took a few coins from his pocket and dropped them into the hat. He then took the sign, turned it around, and wrote some words. He put the sign back so that everyone who walked by would see the new words.

Soon the hat began to fill up. A lot more people were giving money to the blind boy. That afternoon the man who had changed the sign came to see how things were. The boy recognized his footsteps and asked, 'Were you the one who changed my sign this morning? What did you write?'

The man said, 'I only wrote the truth. I said what you said but in a different way.' What he had written was: 'Today is a beautiful day and I cannot see it.'

Do you think the first sign and the second sign were saying the same thing?

Of course both signs told people the boy was blind. But the first sign simply said the boy was blind. The second sign told people they were so lucky that they were not blind. Should we be surprised that the second sign was more effective?

Moral of the Story: Be thankful for what you have. Be creative. Be innovative. Think differently and positively.

Invite others towards good with wisdom.

Live life with no excuse and love with no regrets.

When life gives you a 100 reasons to cry, show life that you have 1000 reasons to smile.

Face your past without regret.

Handle your present with confidence. Prepare for the future without fear.

Keep the faith and drop the fear.

Great men say, 'Life has to be an incessant process of repair and reconstruction, of discarding evil and developing goodness.... In the journey of life, if you want to travel without fear, you must have the ticket of a good conscience.'

The most beautiful thing is to see a person smiling... And even more beautiful is, knowing that you are the reason behind it!!!

Life is an endless Marry-go-Round
It always goes up and down
But nevertheless, living life is an exhilarating experience.

When I read this post
It puts on a smile on my face

SMILE ^^

It's Gonna Rain

It's Gonna Rain

Sitting in front of my laptop, writing a rather nostalgia blog entry. As a thunder strike, I came to realize my room was covered by shadows. The vast sky outside was now dark blue, sending signals of an insincere feeling.

I switch on the table lamp beside my laptop, closing the window until an inches gap for ventilation and at last a torrential rainfall on to the surface of Earth. Leaning closer to the windowsill and listening to the sounds of rain drops. Its like a soothing music create by Mother Nature, simply marvellous.

Now staring at the playground from my room, noticing how the rain heal the trees and houses. It was a pleasant view from here, not stultifying at all. In fact, the rain only accentuate one of the many beauty in nature Mother Earth has created. With the blow of the wind that produces sounds as if bestowed envision of serenade playing in my mind.

Certainly it was a gesture that show of great diligence in the creation that is highly desirable however, less appreciate by many these days. But one thing for sure and the one thing that never changes, that rain is an anticipated work from mother nature and it supplement the whole circle of nature/life.

I was fast asleep...

When I woke up it was night! Somehow that dreary day was washed away by the rain, and apparently that woes I had all day was repealed. This feeling I have now is subtle, definitely not a fable, but its certainly something I compel to tell you when I find the right word to describe it =)

Charlie The Unicorn

Charlie The Unicorn

First thing first, I have to really congratulate myself for pulling me back into an active blogger again =)

Before I start my story of the day, just want to shout-out that this morning I get another chance to eat and enjoy my favorite wan-tan-mee, haha. omg, so damn lucky right? Simple wan-tan-mee that I love generates this yippee-gosh feeling. I guess I'm a simple boy that easily gets pleased of the slightest pleasure in life wtf.

Speaking of happy emo, back to my topic for today! My friend just send me this video from youtube and it was really really hilarious (Thank you for the rescue wei, just the second day of my sem break and I feel so bored adi). Anyway, the synopsis of this story is mainly about a very irritated guy unicorn named Charlie who always get annoyed by his two retarded shem unicorn friends which I really can't tell their gender, purple and pink colour de =.=. and always the purple and pink retard unicorn came and disturb Charlie to go on an adventure with them.

The part that I find it most amusing in the story is not the plot but its the accent how the way that two retarded unicorns speaks literally. Really creaks me up la. But they may act stupid and all on the facade, however deep down inside they have a pure evil characteristics (same as hy). Sympathize Charlie lar haha. Watch it!

Here is the 2 series I received, I think there's only 2 episodes, so enjoy ya. =)

Presenting Charlie the unicorn episode 1

Charlie the unicorn episode 2

Haha, their adventures is seriously lame, but funny in a way. Really lame but funny. Oh gosh, I think I should restrain myself from watching too much xD. I'm starting to speak like them wtf. The first series of Charlie the Unicorn reminds me of an email which I have read 2 days ago, got intimidated by it, shock lar. Boy you must must must read this oo... The story from the email goes something like this...

To help those who don't read mandarin and those who lazy to enlarge it or lazy read that long winded story, I personally translated to English for your convenience and its a shorter version too. It's means something like this:

Scenario #1
There is this fella who went to a Saturday night party and got drunk. Accompanied and escorted by some anonymous ladies to a unknown apartment where they started to drink again. He consumed some unknown food and obviously got him dossed down. When he got up, he finds out he lost himself a kidney wtf. It is said that a kidney can be sold up to 15,000 US dollar in black market. omfg!!

Scenario #2
Same story but in different situation lar, lazy to translate. But you get the point right?

The moral to this story
Haiyo, where got people so dumb one? Just because of some pretty chique and lost of self-control? Where is your human dignity ya wei? Anyway, just play safe, I think that is the best solution. If you want to keep your kidney to yourself. Of course this is applicable to guys only lar wtf -.-".

Just to add... persuaded by Nep yesterday, I've created an account in facebook last night.. yahoo. Now I'm officially a facebook user wtf. But I still don't know how does it works yet, all the functions and stuffs. But will definitely learn la since I have 1 week break now. Can simply click to explore and discover myself lar. So at the mean time, don't forget to add me as friend if you have a facebook account ya =)

Semester Break!

Semester Break!

Okay this post was supposed to be very very long one, but some how my com hanged and have to restart my com! So lazy to rewrite everything again, I'll make it short la.

Finally semester break is here! Hahah today really sleep like a lazy pig, wakes up at 1pm, well actually I can sleep longer than that, but because my mom burst into my room and wakes me up to eat my breakfast haha, she da bau back wan-tan-mee, yum. Too bad not as warm and tasty as it should be, now its all cold and hard wtf. Of course didn't finish la, although it was da bau from my favourite hawker stall. Argh... what a waste, I love his wan-tan-mee, and I usually get to eat it onces a week only, arghh..
Note to self: wake up early for wan-tan-mee next time =)

My first priority of this sem break was to get as much sleep as possible! sounds "slacky" right? but you know lar, how hectic and tire uni life is, during break le must enjoy. So last night forced mama to take me/us out for dinner wtf Haha. Roaming around to find some nice, condusive place to have our dinner and spotted Ajisen Ramen - The first restaurant I fell in love with, I still remember the first time I went to this restaurant way back in Shang Hai during my last last last visit there, it was pretty packed, luckily manage to get a table laror not how can I be introducing you their ramen wtf. Okay, I deeply fell in love with its ramen, after tried many of the varieties in the menu, the best ramen I ever had was the classics. Damn delicious lar, *dripping saliva*. Ahhh... not forgetting their side menu are also great, like the meat balls, pork balls, dumplings..etc. Their ramen is simply super delicious, superb I tell ya. Omg, feel like flying to Shang Hai and eat ramen again >.<>
Note to self: Eat as much as I can the next visit there =D

Ajisen.. =D

Okay, back to my main story, Malaysian' Ajisen.

Its pretty much the opposite reaction when I tasted it. After putting a mouth full of "noodlelike-which-I-thought-was-ramen-noodle-noodles" into my big mouth. Outcome so different. It reminds me of spaghetti pasta le wtf. I recalled the name of the restaurant was RAMEN, so why am I eating pasta here? Forget about that, the noodle was horrible. Well... to me it taste horrible la, after eating the first class ramen in Shang Hai, I can distinguish the differences when it comes to Malaysian made one, bleuk. =P

I'm not done with this criticism yet, if you dine before in Ajisen, local one la, you noticed they have their dessert menu, which is also very con money one. The picture might be deceiving when the real-thing you ordered came out. Its not what you think it is. I'm sure many have experience similar situation like this, not only me, so you should know what am I talking about. The green tea ice-cream with some sort of jelly thingy we ordered doesn't look that nice compared to the picture we saw in the menu.. and the taste - (I thought the green tea ice-cream taste ok though, not bad =), but the complementary fruits, red beans, jelly and the other stuff which looks like jelly, munch like marshmallows and taste like erm... erhmm.. tasteless =.=. On top of all, they gave us gula-melaka wtf. Green tea ice-cream already stands out with its irresistible aroma, so why the hell with the gula-melaka. Green tea is bitter-sweet for ice-cream la.. which is why I like it so much. but adding the gula is just stupid! Basically all th combination is just really weird. If you have dined in the restaurant in Shang Hai and you dine it here in Malaysia then you will know, the existence of this huge gap that I was talking about.
Note to self: never dine in Ajisen Ramen again, locally of course. =P

My favorite - Ajisen Ramen
~ Extremely appetizing ~

<3

Paiku Ramen

Wah, didn't know I talk so much on food lol... but seriously lar. beh tahan.

Okay, back to my-contemporary-self.

List of assignments to do:
1. Business communication - Assignment 2500 words
2. Management - Case study 2000~3000 words wtf
3. Marketing - Assignment 1000 words + presentation
4. Accounting - Calculation for ratio analysis and report writing.

There goes my semester break? Why do they even bother naming it semester BREAK? Give us a break! wtf. Renamed - assignment week to be precise where I think I would spend most of the time staring at the screen doing assignment research rather than watching tv. But my 8 hours + sleeps is still essential during this so called break. =)

Hmm.. think this post entry should be renamed as well. To Ajisen Ramen ahah..

Ciao~

Case Or No Case?

Case Or No Case?

On one raining morning, there is this old lady walking back from the market. She spotted this dirty black furred kitty at the side drain, purring for help. She kindly helped this kitty out of the drain and carefully placed the kitty in her arms and brought it back home.

After a quick bathe, she finds it hard to dry the kitty with its thick fur. So she had an idea of putting this kitty in a microwave to dry faster. And she did!

“ting~~~~”

From that moment, the old lady had a shock of her life!

2 days later after the tragic accident? A lawyer heard of this case and meets this old lady at her kitty’s tombstone where she was grieving.

The lawyer approach to her and spoke:
“excuse me, are you aware on how does a microwave operates?”
“erm, I don’t think so, that’s why it cause the death of my poor kitty”, sobbing
“don’t worry, it’s not your fault. May I ask, are there any warning or notices attached on the microwave saying that you can’t put life animals inside?”
“If there isn’t, then it’s not your fault to blame. It’s the manufacturer!”
“How they can aspect an old woman like you to understand how a microwave work!”
“You’re right!” she nods with agreement…

So the very next day, the case was brought up to the court, suing for negligence.

*OUTCOME*?

A. she won the case
B. she lost the case
C. no such case

Cross Roads!

Cross Roads!

The merriment of the 2008 new year celebrations was tinged with a fleeting sadness, as it was decided that we were to bid adieu at the same occasion to a memorable year 2007. Even the heavens conspired that morning to remind us that it was to be a day of sad farewell, as a torrential rainfall preceded and sunshine after the great downpour reflected the mixed and contradictory emotions of the day. Nevertheless, with some regrets are left behind in 2007, the sun will always shine for tomorrow.

When I was younger... I was exposed to the wonderful world of art, being able to draw and paint with a precision and flair that makes them(classmates) artistically-challenged beings can only envy from afar. At that moment, I'm very thankful for such gift that most people brag about. Ever since, I've always dreamed of being a creative artistic soul. Working with the paint and brushes to transform a completely blank canvas and bring it to life with bold strokes and vibrant hues has always been my dream. However, this just goes to show that even the best laid plans have a way of taking a totally unexpected turn when I was asked to choose between accounting and arts. I have interest in both, neither one exceed 100% in the scale. However for a brighter future, my path took a completely unexpected turn. It sounds incredibly cliched, but I can't stress enough on how important it is to love what you do. Sure I do love art but I can learn to love accounting. To think of taking a job out of passion and interest, naturally you'll give it 101%, and the results will shine through in your work performance. With hope resides within me and the sacrifices I willing to give in, anything seems possible.

Ahhh... how weird when life philosophies occurs to my thought during oddest moment. As the New Year ceremony ended with the heartrending strains of Auld Lang Syne, few brightly coloured fire balls shoot high up in the air accompanying music which greeted the arrival of 2008. Noting the look of astonishment on my face, leaning my both hands on the windowsill, hearing the overjoyed crowd, this feeling I have felt familiar... simply reminds me of every new year's day and the same thought occurs to me again!

Thursday Nightmare

Thursday Nightmare

Wednesday 14 Nov 2007 - sunny/cloudy
30 minutes passed midnight (aheem Thursday ^^) , with my eyes barely open, I gave up my story writting (with 20 new pages created) unsaved with a downloading software and went straight to bed...

Morning 8:42am

Woke up from a sweet dream from the night and witnessed my nightmare that morning. To my horror, the screen of my laptop turns dark, silent. Internet failed. Everything I've written, gone, disappear! It took so much effort and time to produce such piece had turns to dust...

The air in this room turns heavy and thick all of the sudden (hardly breath), the pain starts to beat in my heart, it was unbearable, like i was serrounded by glaring flame (gasping for air). Gradually... i losing my vision, everything went blur and I collepsed.

Friday 16 Nov 2007 - unknown

Slept early cause I can't blog! So woke up at 6am, but still fail to connect, oh darn. Sad, watch TV... all kiddy show (who cares I still watch it anyway)... slept on sofa... wakes up at 8am, mom called. Went moring market with mom instead, home = boring. Bought 8 bottles of Soya Beans (1.5l/ea). Went home dark 2 bottles... back to room... picked up my brush and painted... something (to be named later)...

nothing much happen, skip...

10pm...

drank another bottle of Soya Bean. Testing internet connection.. IT WORKS! CONNECTED! Happy hour... went for another Soya Bean, but half bottle left (sis drank it). Hiahz... drank green tea in the end.

Back to room... blogging ^^

End...

FACTS
It's a hyperbole, but some are true though, I really can't connect for almost 2 days. Cant even use my house phone... swt... perhaps striked by lightning? Hell.. NO! its telekom fault and didnt even warn us about it >=P

Donut Fever!

Donut Fever!
Have you ever taste a donut that is so soft it even melts right after you put it in your mouth? Or more or less something like that? Well... today you get a chance to experience something like that ^^

Long before, Dunkin Donut was my only choice if I ever want to eat donuts. Now, I prefer to stop by at Big Apple or J.Co for donuts. If you ever pass by these outlets, you will see major differences of customers queuing, dying to buy their irresistible donuts.

J.Co Donuts & Coffee
This donut outlet has made it to the paper quite recently for its famous and moisture, mouth watering "must-have-it" donuts. Although you have to queue a line that is longer than a snake to purchase it, but hey, its worth it trust me (I've waited too). To avoid regrets buy 2 dozen if possible and 2 of each variety. After tasting each and every, you will find they all standout and have their own unique taste. My favourite is Green T and many more (almost everyone). Don't worry if you have left over, just store it in Tupperware and microwaves it for only 8 seconds and you can taste and enjoy the softness of these donuts again. Simple ea? ^^

Donuts from J.Co (not many varieties left =/)

Big Apple Donuts & Coffee
Okay, you were wondering what about this outlet? Well, to be honest they both taste alike and have almost the same variety aside of the names of the donuts is different eg. the sugar powdered donut named Iceburg (Big Apple) & Snow white (J.Co). If compared between J.Co and Big Apple, J.Co is still simply the best, you'll agree with me if you have try it ^^. The donuts look more appetizing in J.Co compared to Big Apple. You can see and compare, for Green T donuts the layers of cream looks shinier from J.Co.

Donuts from Big Apple

Investigating
Strangely, my mom also did asked the workers and they claim they are both separate companies. Now how can both similar companies commenced with using almost the same technique, similar flavour of donuts, similar logos and they both established in the same month? Mystery? I dunno XD

Can you see the differences now? J.Co (right) donuts looks so much better ^^

Conclusion?
I love J.Co' donuts, I'm not surprise I'm already addicted to J.Co's donuts. Anyone who lives on this planet should try it. You will regret if you missed it =)

Rain

Rain

It was pouring rain again this afternoon. I lie down on my bed and fast asleep. When I woke up it's nearing dawn. The rain almost dries up.

I somehow felt fragile and this feeling it felt familiar. Staying in this room reminds me of brother. The smell of the books, the scribing on the white board. I really like this room.

But something was in my mind more than that.
Yes... it's the sound, the sound of the rain pouring from Heaven high above the sky. The sound that's encoring in my head. I like the rain and the sound of the rain, as if the rain is healing everything around it, the mountains, the tress, the grass and the roof and ME. It heals me.

When I stare at the rain by the window, it's feels like it wash my pain and sorrow away. Each rain drops absorb and carry my bad energy and bring them to hell. Giving me a chance to smile again for tomorrow.

"Ahh..." how nice it was to feel that way again.

To show my gratitude to all the wonderful things nature has offer. I'll like to dedicate this lovely song Rain by Angela Aki to the wind, flowers and water. This world needs you as much as I do. Enjoy =)
