My Camera

Yup, just last week, exactly 7 days ago, I went to 1U shopping, in a mission to hunt for my very own personal camera. After visited a few shops, I've laid eye on Sony Cyber-shot DSC-T200.

My parents and I did bargained and we try to get the best offer. In the end, it was a success!!!



Previously the camera was priced RM1599. If added 1G memory card and leather cover, we need to pay extra charge of RM86, but now managed to get...

-An upgraded memory card to 1G - Free
-Leather cover - Free
-A screen protector (RM45 bargained to 30)

provided our final total purchase cost of RM1629.

My very own digital still camera, Sony Cyber-shot DSC-T200. It has 8.1 mega pixels which it's pretty cool, 5x optical zoom and 3.5 wide screen touch panel LCD. I like the fact that it's a touch screen and many cool effects are available and of course the smile shutter function (The person demonstrated once but I forgot how =.= ps).

Status: Happy and satisfy~!

The music piece and song lyrics are actually written by Angela herself! If you read the lyrics, it's clearly she is trying to express her feelings. Come to think of it, this song almost seems to related to her EX-husband. XD... No wonder there's so much emotion when she sings it!

It's Saturday, meaning.. Another hellish week is coming to an end. I'm yet to escape from boredom and somehow ended up fishing in Gaia. At the same time, I took the opportunity to test the rumors of the many Gaians have said about fishing...

"Different type of fishes appears in different hours"

So, I challange this statement and experimented it.

Location: Baskin Lake (for newbies ^^)

Result/Observation:

Here are the outcome after fishing in 4 different seasons? Nah.. only 4 different period of a day. Lets ignore the all the guppies i've caught and lets count the bass fish instead to determine this experiment ^^

MORNING: caught 2 bass

AFTERNOON (nearing sunset): erm...nothing. The trash I caught nearly par with all the guppies I have. =.=

Attention: new avatar equipted, hehe. A rose in my mouth and a brooch added

NIGHT: The best ever, 3 bass with a stripper ^^

DAWN: Only 1 bass, somehow more trash! =.=

Conclusion

Based on experiment: Fishing at night is the best ^^

Based on my own: Dispite that, I think luck plays the main role here =)

30 minutes passed midnight (aheem Thursday ^^) , with my eyes barely open, I gave up my story writting (with 20 new pages created) unsaved with a downloading software and went straight to bed...

Morning 8:42am

Woke up from a sweet dream from the night and witnessed my nightmare that morning. To my horror, the screen of my laptop turns dark, silent. Internet failed. Everything I've written, gone, disappear! It took so much effort and time to produce such piece had turns to dust...

The air in this room turns heavy and thick all of the sudden (hardly breath), the pain starts to beat in my heart, it was unbearable, like i was serrounded by glaring flame (gasping for air). Gradually... i losing my vision, everything went blur and I collepsed.

Friday 16 Nov 2007 - unknown

Slept early cause I can't blog! So woke up at 6am, but still fail to connect, oh darn. Sad, watch TV... all kiddy show (who cares I still watch it anyway)... slept on sofa... wakes up at 8am, mom called. Went moring market with mom instead, home = boring. Bought 8 bottles of Soya Beans (1.5l/ea). Went home dark 2 bottles... back to room... picked up my brush and painted... something (to be named later)...

nothing much happen, skip...

10pm...

drank another bottle of Soya Bean. Testing internet connection.. IT WORKS! CONNECTED! Happy hour... went for another Soya Bean, but half bottle left (sis drank it). Hiahz... drank green tea in the end.

Back to room... blogging ^^

FACTS
It's a hyperbole, but some are true though, I really can't connect for almost 2 days. Cant even use my house phone... swt... perhaps striked by lightning? Hell.. NO! its telekom fault and didnt even warn us about it >=P

Test your accuracy? or maybe improve your maths? what ever it is this multi player online game, GunBound is sure to test your skills. Having cute characters to battle with is awesomely adorable? haha, also you can accessorise your character with all sorts of avatars. GunBound is a shooting game with single player to 2x2, 3x3 and 4x4.

There are approx 12 different kind of mobile to choose from. Each having its own specialties and ability XD. For instance, Grumb- is good for earning gold, while Mage- is best mobile for beginners to train for better accuracy in shooting (damage is high if you use it PROly) =P

It's a pretty fun game to pass time with friends, you can either play Score- team who die 5 times loses, Tag- able to pick 2 mobile of your choice, Jewel- hit the jewel and team scored 100 wins, and of course the Classic- normal. One thing I dislike about this game is that whenever you fire at your teamate, even by accident you loses GOLD and GP, =.=" mistake like this causes great loss haihzz...

Enough say, time to show you my GunBound char => Tada!





Cool leh, bought this suit cost me 250k GOLD, T,T. nevertheless, I love it =)

Angela Aki

Her latest album front cover

Angela Aki, one of my favourite J-pop in the world. She was born in 15 September 1977 (30 this year). It was believed that she is half Italian, from what I've heard her father is Japanese while her mother is Italian. She's started taking piano lessons since 3, and no doubt today you can hear her playing piano in all her songs and MVs. She's really talented in her own way as she write her own lyrics and music script, what about that!

Her latest album (Today) was released in September 2007. In this album, featuring some of her most wanted songs such as Tashika-ni, Again and Today. Compared to some of her previous songs, I would say I still liked Sakura-iro, Home, Kokoro no Senshi and Kodoku no Kakera, of course some of her latest song Again and Tashika-ni are also very irresistible.

Besides that, she also sings English songs! Believe it or not, some of her songs featuring in the world famous game play - Final Fantasy. The song Kiss Me Good-Bye sang in bilingual in FFX-2, both came out quite nice in English and Japanese ^^. She also sang her own version of Eyes On Me for FF8 theme song, the song was previously sang by Faye Wong, but I still like Angela' version, which I think its more optimistic and upbeat.

About Angela Aki

If you have watch her MV before, compare hers with others. You can see that she is very easy-going and nothing too fansy about fashion. She dressed easily even in shooting her video, thats what I like about her most. She is really really talented in her piano skills, I really really hope to play one of her songs. Alas, I didnt manage to successfully finish one of her peices, SAD T_T.
So keep up the good work Angela hoping to hear more of your songs XD

Anime Review

Storyline
Its time again for another anime review. This week lets turn into the world of Fashion. In this anime, Paradise Kiss, a studious girl named Caroline who stopped pursue her studies and join the fashion world. Life was tough for her at first with all the struggling from her school exams, her parents and her interest as a model? Her mother refused her to be a model, that's why one faithful day she left home. Joining the talented fashion designer, George and the other members of the crew Isabelle (A transsexual since childhood), Miwako (Sister of the Happy Berry owner) and Arashi (A singer and guitarist). They often seen in their working place named The Atelier, where they usually hang-out and having parties to celebrate after successful deals. Caroline deeply felt in love with George on her way up to become a model. With just few months, she became top in her modeling carrier, although she did fail her entrance exams, aiks. But thanks to the help of George, she is a successor in her modeling.

Even so life isn't smooth for Caroline as the person she loves most moved to London. She was asked to go with him but she refused as she doesn’t want to abandon her carer. After the departure of George, everyone went their own separates way. Arashi has form a band on his own, while Miwako works for her sister in 'Happy Berry' and surprisingly Isabelle followed George to London on the cruse as well. I think it make sense since they are childhood friends after all. Caroline received a key from George that day and to her surprise, he left all the cloths he designed to Caroline. No doubt she cries afterward.

5 years has passed, and in the end, it clears that she becomes a fashion icon in Japan based on the photos and certificate she hung on her wall. But I still can't figure out who is the person she was going to marry, all I know was a man came in and she claim that he is her boyfriend. To my guess, I think that guy was Hiro, her formal classmate (since Miwako dump him for Arashi). But thats only my assumption though XD really need to find out more =.="

My end verdict?

For those who are interested in modeling, please do continue your studies for backup, just in case thing didnt go well in modeling for you. ^^ Well... the was the artist compsed this anime, camera angles are quite different compared to other anime. Unique!

Rating: 4/5, too short, only 12 episode =P

Donut Fever!

Have you ever taste a donut that is so soft it even melts right after you put it in your mouth? Or more or less something like that? Well... today you get a chance to experience something like that ^^

Long before, Dunkin Donut was my only choice if I ever want to eat donuts. Now, I prefer to stop by at Big Apple or J.Co for donuts. If you ever pass by these outlets, you will see major differences of customers queuing, dying to buy their irresistible donuts.

J.Co Donuts & Coffee
This donut outlet has made it to the paper quite recently for its famous and moisture, mouth watering "must-have-it" donuts. Although you have to queue a line that is longer than a snake to purchase it, but hey, its worth it trust me (I've waited too). To avoid regrets buy 2 dozen if possible and 2 of each variety. After tasting each and every, you will find they all standout and have their own unique taste. My favourite is Green T and many more (almost everyone). Don't worry if you have left over, just store it in Tupperware and microwaves it for only 8 seconds and you can taste and enjoy the softness of these donuts again. Simple ea? ^^

Big Apple Donuts & Coffee
Okay, you were wondering what about this outlet? Well, to be honest they both taste alike and have almost the same variety aside of the names of the donuts is different eg. the sugar powdered donut named Iceburg (Big Apple) & Snow white (J.Co). If compared between J.Co and Big Apple, J.Co is still simply the best, you'll agree with me if you have try it ^^. The donuts look more appetizing in J.Co compared to Big Apple. You can see and compare, for Green T donuts the layers of cream looks shinier from J.Co.

Investigating
Strangely, my mom also did asked the workers and they claim they are both separate companies. Now how can both similar companies commenced with using almost the same technique, similar flavour of donuts, similar logos and they both established in the same month? Mystery? I dunno XD

Conclusion?
I love J.Co' donuts, I'm not surprise I'm already addicted to J.Co's donuts. Anyone who lives on this planet should try it. You will regret if you missed it =)
